Ogun-Guangdong Free Trade Zone Igbesa, Ogun State (OGFTZ)
ZGM is a shareholder and the coordinating firm of the Ogun-Guangdong Free Trade Zone. The Zone was established in 2008 as one of the first batch of eight foreign cooperation zones of China, being the specific mirror of the implementation of China-Africa Summit Forum in Beijing of 2006, Promotion of China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation, and Intensification of the commercial communication between China and Africa.
OGFTZ covers a total planned area off 10,000 hectares of land with a term of 99 years on land lease. The zone focus primarily on light manufacturing, furniture, construction materials and ceramics, ironware, wood processing with raw materials processing as the major industry, engineering, marketing and trading to go hand in hand. Based on the previous planning, we are seeking to restructuring the current industries with comprehensive and synergistic development of R&D, manufacturing, trading, logistics, real estate development and financial services
