Mr. Zhang Tong is the Deputy Director, Operations. He is a Chinese with valid resident permit in Nigeria. As the deputy director, he also oversees the company’s sensitive projects as the Site Engineer. Zhang Tong is an experienced Engineer with over a decade experience in oil and gas and other civil engineering related projects. He has brought his international exposure to be on the operations and projects of ZGM Investment Group of Companies Limited.
